Privacy policy
This is a small, one-man tour business, so this page is written in plain words. Last updated 14 October 2026.
Your enquiry
When you send an enquiry, the details you type — your name, email address, and anything else you choose to include, such as a phone number, preferred date, group size or message — are sent to Paul so he can plan your day and reply personally. They are kept securely and used for that purpose only. They are never sold or passed to advertising companies. If you would like your details removed, email bookings@heverandbeyond.com and it will be done promptly.
Cookies and advertising measurement
This site uses Google Ads to understand which adverts bring enquiries, so Paul can spend his small advertising budget wisely. The measurement uses cookies and similar technologies, and it is provided by Google.
Visitors in the United Kingdom, the European Union and Switzerland are asked first: the site shows a cookie notice, and only those who choose Allow are counted. Anyone can opt out at any time using the Cookie settings link in the footer of any page, which takes effect immediately. Declining changes nothing about your enquiry — Paul still receives and replies to it in the usual way.
Google's own privacy practices, including how to control the advertising cookies Google uses across sites, are described at business.safety.google/privacy.
Changing your choice
Your choice is remembered on your own device. Use the Cookie settings link in the footer to change it whenever you like; the new choice applies straight away.
